What test strip is used with my meter?
The CONTOUR®PLUS and CONTOUR®PLUS BLUE meters use the CONTOUR®PLUS test strips. The CONTOUR®NEXT and CONTOUR®NEXT ONE use the CONTOUR®NEXT test strips
My lancing device has broken.
Please call Ascensia Diabetes Support on 0345 600 6030 (UK). Please have the name and serial number of your meter to hand when you call. This can be found on the box, or on the back of the meter if you don’t have this anymore. Alternatively, email us at diabetessupport@ascensia.com or use the webchat on this website.
It is important that you register your CONTOUR® meter to gain access to support materials and a range of additional warranty benefits, including free record diaries. All meters from CONTOUR® include a full 5 year warranty. Unfortunately at the present time we are unable to supply batteries directly to people using CONTOUR® blood glucose meters. The meters use batteries code CR2032, and are available to purchase at most supermarkets.
